Ordered online from this store for delivery. Order never came. Called the store multiple times and no one ever picked up. Didn't have any other food to eat because there was a power outage since the day before and all the food in the fridge was bad and they were the only place open.

First time having delivery from here. Was hot and quick .Will definitely order from here again .

Delicious pizza, try the cinnamon knots they're amazing, but eat them first because they're best hot. Only delivery people I've ever had NEVER get lost trying to find my house. Except that one guy that found the back door? But that's not technically "getting lost," so.

The lady was really mean to me on the phone. She assumed my gender and didn't answer by saying hello this is dominos so I was confused and she was not nice when I requested clarification. Despite this adversity, the pizza arrived promptly even though it was game day in ames and it was delicious.

had a small argument with another customer that was making fun of my accent and employee proceeded to defend him and said I was the one with the problem. kinda racist employee and should definitely have a talk with the manager.

Waited to whole hours for a medium pizza and some wings and still got charged for it and didn't get a coupon learn how to take care of you're customers I'll call pizza hut next time

Amazing customer service. Always very fast and accurate, the only time that our pizza was made wrong they delivered the right pizza free of charge and even offered to throw in a free dessert for the inconvenience. Best Dominos in Iowa! <3

Go here a lot, great pizza for when you're hungry and it's late

Terrible dominos. When I asked to get a pizza delivered, they said I was out of their delivery realm. I read them the receipts of the pizza I had delivered LAST NIGHT from the SAME LOCATION to the SAME HOUSE. The male employee was extremely rude and I asked to speak to the manager who was more friendly but did not solve the issue. Pathetic.

Dominos. I love your pizza, probably my favorite pizza joint. But on everything I hold dearest, if you continue to knock on my door like hooligans, my review will remain the same. Please show some compassion. Talk to your faculty team, do better.

Ordered a pizza after coming home from the bars early, they took over 2 and a half hours to deliver it, at 4am, while I was sleeping. Got charged and never got my pizza. Never ordering from here again.

The employee that answered the phone at the location was very rude and was not helpful whatsoever. They only wanted to hang up as soon as possible. Was told the restaurant was closed, but hours posted on Google state that the restaurant is open until 3.

Everyone Time I get pizza from here It does not disappoint. Delivery is fast, pizza great and ordering process is fast!

Ordered a pizza from them. It came in a reasonable amount of time, driver was good, but the crust was the old cardboard they replaced like 7 years ago and won me back as a customer. They are supposed to add garlic butter or something so it's not cardboard. I checked my online order to make sure I didn't accidentally ask for that, then called the store. I asked if they had discontinued the new crust and they told me they didn't, then gladly sent a second pizza. The second pizza also had the non-seasoned cardboard crust. I'm not going to call back again, I was hesitant to do it the first time. I think they might just have someone new who doesn't know what they are doing and isn't spreading the garlic to the edge or something. They also got the toppings wrong on the second one. Disappointing, but I have worked at a pizza place before and know sometimes stuff happens.

I order from this Domino's often, as someone who very much enjoys Domino's pizza and pasta this has to be the worst experience I've had. The delivery drivers are amazing and kind but my food always is over cooked. My pasta is always dry and the pasta over cooked to the point of being hard, the bread sticks are over done. This has happened on several occasions with this store. Any other Domino's establishment I order from does not over cook every product I order.

Haven't had Dominos pizza in literally decades, this time wasn't bad though. I ordered at the store, to go, and in about fifteen minutes or so, I was gone. Fast, friendly service, literally there was about ten people behind the counter working. Constant stream of people picking up, and deliveries going out. Free wifi, I imagine they cater, eat in option, tvs, bathroom, benchs to sit. The store looked clean and kept up, overall good experience for a budget pizza...

One of the best dominos ive encountered. Online ordering was easy and i like the updates on the status of my pizza. The pizza was made within minutes of placing my order and once done the polite driver had arrived in minutes after departing the store. The 2 pizzas i ordered were EXACTLY right and piping hot. Will definitely be ordering from this location again. It is very seldom i give 5 stars but i have no complaints. Thanks!

I do love dominoes. It's just better than Pizza hut. I think I had one mistaken order in year of going here, and they went out of their way to fix it. New shop is much nicer than the old one. Was sad when it was closed for a year though.

The thin & crunchy crust is excellent. Our pizza was made just about perfectly. It arrived fresh and fast. Beginning to think of Domino's as actual decent pizza after years of expecting cardboard crust. Kudos Big-D.

Domino's is back and better than ever. We did carryout and the cashier was friendly and our order was perfect.

Got a customized pizza last night and this dude named Ahmed made it just right... the dough was very soft and fresh which made the pizza even better.

The app is amazing. Domino's has spectacular gluten free crust, although cross contamination does occur. Be aware if you are sensitive to that.

The updates on the status of your order was a great add to the online ordering experience and is accurate in my area. The pizza has only been delivered late a few times and only by 10 minutes or so but otherwise they are almost always on time which is nice. The employees have always been polite and I've never had a terrible experience with any of them. There are many pizza places in Ames and some that are very close to Domino's and one another but I keep coming back to Domino's for the service.

I haven't ordered for awhile due to poor service a few months ago, but tonight I tried again and it was AMAZING! There is a new manager, Mike, and he was great. I watched several pizzas come out of the oven while I waited for mine, and they all looked perfect! I'm definitely ready to become a regular customer again! The store was clean and the pizza was delicious! Keep up the good work Mike the manager!

Don’t always know what to expect seems to be hit and miss sometimes it’s great other times not so much like last night when a driver decides to falsify a tip on my card when he was given a cash tip! Thankfully when I called they were more than willing to refund the unauthorized amount but still kinda shady...

Ordered a pizza and not what I ordered. I ordered a medium pizza with parm garlic sauce, beef , bacon and onion and we got a cheese pizza with very light regular sauce and called up there and said what I got is what I ordered but that’s not what I ordered.

Was good until you opened a second location and cut down your delivery locations after midnight. Only ordered your pizza after midnight on weekends. Sad to have to change providers.

Quick service with quality that your would expect from a Dominos. The inside is actually really nice if you wanted to order a pizza at the counter and wait inside for it to be done.

Placed order online. Tracker said delivered. I didn't get it. Called them. They said - will have another pizza sent. 30 Minutes later guy finally comes. Pizza is cold. It wasn't a new pizza. Worst delivery. Rude people.

Pizza really isnt that great and there are plenty of other places around such as Jeff's Pizza. I would not ever have Domino deliver to dorms because after a few calls and a special delivery note for the driver they never showed up. I had to call the store to get the pizza back.
